Villa Mareta

Located on the outskirts of Novalja, Villa Mareta offers its guests an escape from the hustle of everyday life. Surrounded only by untouched nature, this charming house gives you a feeling of being away from civilization, yet staying close to everything that Novalja has to offer. The centre of Novalja, being only 1.2 km away, is easily accessible with its selection of cafes and restaurants offering traditional food. For those in the mood for some partying, the famous Zrće beach is 2 km away.

The space

Villa Mareta offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two more sofa beds, one in one of the bedrooms (22 m2) and the other in the lounge area on the 1st floor. The open plan kitchen and living room area contains everything one needs for a comfortable stay, and it leads to the spacious front terrace, a great place for relaxation or outdoor dining. The outside area is perfect for catching some sun and sipping cocktails by the pool or spending romantic evenings by the fire and enjoying the peace and privacy.
